Our Retail Customer Return Policy is as follows:
In all instances the customer must return the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt with all merchandise that is returned.
Items may be returned within a 30 day peroid of time providing they are still in the original unopended box or original unopened
container, and are in new condition.

Customer also agrees to pay the original shipping and handling charges stated on original invoice. In other words the Customer
pays for shipping both ways and should also return merchandise via a carrier - insured!

(Please call us before shipping merchandise back for special instructions - this will save you considerable time and of money!)

Our Retail Exchange Policy is as follows:
Items returned for exchange will be processed without any charge to customer including shipping charges back to customer within the United States.

Our Retail Upgrading Policy is as follows:
Upgrading is also possible on many items and is offered for a nominal fee with discounting well below list price.

Our Retail Repair Policy is as follows:
Unconditional Lifetime Warranty on all parts and labor on defective merchandise or merchandise that needs repair.
(Company reserves the right  to replace product with newer merchandise if repair is not possible or needs to be updated.)

Customer should in all instances call before shipping back any merchandise to advise us a return is coming as this allows us to properly track the return thus, matching the customer and product and the service -  when it hits our door (loading dock) with our records.
