Our Retail Customer Return
Policy is as follows:
In all instances the customer
must return the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt with
all merchandise that is returned.
Items may be returned within
a 30 day peroid of time providing they are still in the original
unopended box or original unopened
container, and are in new
condition.
Customer also agrees to pay
the original shipping and handling charges stated on original invoice.
In other words the Customer
pays for shipping both ways
and should also return merchandise via a carrier - insured!

Our Retail Exchange Policy
is as follows:
Items returned for exchange
will be processed without any charge to customer including shipping charges
back to customer within the United States.
Our Retail Upgrading Policy

Upgrading is also possible
on many items and is offered for a nominal fee with discounting well below

Warranty on all parts and labor on defective merchandise or merchandise
